History/Presentation :

Etienne SAUZET was born in 1903. It is following a heritage of a few hectares of vines that it created its own vineyard.

With the passing of years, it acquires vines until the field covers a little more than 12 hectares about 1950.
Since its death, in 1975, it is her small Jeanine daughter, and her husband Gerard Boudot, who assume the direction of the field.

In 1991, following a successional distribution, the field was tiny room to a little less than 9 hectares.
For stage with this reduction, purchases of grapes are carried out near some good vine growers of name.

The house Etienne SAUZET is based, above all, on its field as owner-collecting, the purchase part of grapes being only one supplement.

Since the year 2000, Emilie, the girl of Gerard and Jeanine works at their sides. Her husband, Benoit RIFFAULT, joined in 2002.
